If you have a warranty claim, return your item to the Retailer you purchased the item from, with proof of purchase or copy of this registration.
This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship, and may result in repair, replacement or refund, upon inspection and confirmation of the fault by MyCase or its agents. General wear and tear, or physical damage and breakage is not covered (particularly if your case has a glass component), however in the case of a fault constituting a major failure of the product's workmanship or its materials, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault does not constitute a major failure but fails to be of acceptable quality, you are entitled to have the item repaired, though at MyCase's, you may still be given a replacement or refund. Pure Accessories does not accept responsibility or any liability for loss or damage to secondary items or persons. The benefits to the consumer under this warranty cannot be excluded and are in addition to any other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates, in the country or state of purchase.
